Logistics Platform
Kwik Shift needed to solve two problems at once: make posting or bidding on a delivery job effortless, and make sure neither side ever has to take the other's word that the payment — or the cargo — will actually arrive.

The Challenge
A marketplace that moves real money and real cargo between strangers has a trust problem before it has a logistics problem. If a shipper doesn't believe a transporter will show up, or a transporter doesn't believe they'll actually get paid, no amount of clean design fixes that — the whole system collapses back into word of mouth.
Kwik Shift needed the matching and bidding experience to feel as effortless as booking a taxi, while the trust underneath it had to be real and checked at every step, not a policy page nobody reads.
Our Approach
Rather than launch a bidding marketplace first and figure out safety later, every checkpoint — payment, identity, delivery — was designed into the transaction flow from the first wireframe. Neither side of a job is ever just taking the other's word for it, because the platform itself acts as the referee.

For Shippers
Posting a job takes under two minutes and costs nothing upfront. From there it's a matter of comparing bids on price and reputation, picking a transporter, and watching the delivery in real time.

For Transporters
A commute, a school run, a return leg with space to spare — Kwik Shift turns any of it into paid work. Anyone from a courier on a bike to a full haulage fleet can browse nearby jobs and bid.

Built-In Business Model
Underneath the matching experience sits real commercial logic: a tiered subscription model with service fees that drop as a transporter commits to the platform, plus multi-currency support so the marketplace isn't boxed into one region.
Trust & Security
Every job on Kwik Shift moves through the same set of checks, whether it's a single parcel or a full haulage run.
Escrow-Protected Payments
20% of a job's payment reaches the transporter the moment they're hired; the remaining 80% stays held until the delivery is confirmed complete.
Identity Verification
Every transporter is verified before their account can place a single bid.
Live GPS Tracking
Shippers watch their cargo move in real time, from pickup to the final drop-off.
Completion Codes
A 4-digit code known only to the shipper has to be entered correctly before the held payment releases — proof the cargo reached the right hands.

The Impact
99.9%
Platform uptime
Uptime that's held steady through the platform's first real freight volume — for a marketplace moving other people's cargo and money, staying online isn't a nice-to-have metric, it's the whole value proposition.
1,000+
Shipments coordinated
That's the delivery volume the escrow, verification, and tracking systems have processed without a single case of payment releasing before a delivery was confirmed complete.
“99.9% platform uptime across 1,000+ coordinated shipments — the reliability a two-sided marketplace moving real cargo and real payments depends on.”

“Document turnaround dropped 65% in the first month — Docu Genie now runs as the operational backbone for teams processing thousands of documents a month.”

“Completed applications are up 40% since launch, with new users landing a personalised roadmap in as little as 12 minutes.”

“What used to be a slow, manual grind is now a pipeline that runs on its own and delivers structured, enriched leads on demand.”

“Leads are answered instantly, meetings are booked on autopilot, and no customer falls through the cracks.”

“The team no longer hunts for files — they just ask, and the AI retrieves the exact answer straight from the company's own documents.”
